Short AUDIO "Training Sessions" designed for Athletes 8-14 yrs old who may (or may NOT) have any interest in a typical "mental training program".
Using the proven benefits of positive, Creative Imagery - each 10-15 min session helps the listener Visualize themselves successfully playing through very specific motions of various REAL-LIFE game scenarios.
Think entertaining Audio Book... meets Guided Imagery, with a splash of Personal Motivation & Development.
HOW it works.
Starting with a creative, but realistic story-line, we guide the player along with thoughtful questions, suggestions & even live-game sound effects to help Spark the Senses & Spur the Imagination.
We simply help the listener keep their FOCUS on - and create their OWN Images - making each journey as VIVID, LIFE-LIKE & PERSONAL an experience as possible.
Along the way, simple breathing techniques are introduced in a very gradual (and casual) way - helping players learn to relax and calm the mind - become more comfortable with & ultimately even ENJOY the practice and many benefits of Imagery & Mindfulness.
WHEN to Listen.
The BEST time is what for YOU. With our boys hectic schedules and restless minds, many have found first thing in the morning OR just before going to sleep - incorporating it as part of a Bedtime Routine when distractions are at a minimum often works the best. (Much like winding down with a bedtime story)
While 3-4x per week is ideal - even 1-2x can make a REAL difference.
WHY it works.

Because training our MUSCLE MEMORY is more powerful than we'd ever imagined.
